Inventory Management
The Inventory Report is available as a tool to aid in monitoring and managing ‘point in time’ inventory levels for specific drug items, and inventory levels in sum. The report can be sorted by NDC # or by Drug Family.
- Inventory item by NDC # and detailed Drug Description
- Unit volume Dispensed, Invoiced and current inventory count (Balance)
- 340B Value at the time inventory item was Dispensed (anticipated cost)
- 340B Value at the time inventory item was Invoiced (actual cost)
- Value of Inventory including the variance between anticipated versus actual cost
- Grand totals show value of Total inventory Dispensed and Invoiced allowing for easy monitoring of proportion of inventory on hand versus total value of inventory moved during the period.
